We formed SaaSLicense in 2017 and launched the platform into production 4th quarter 2018.

Yes. In general, most kick off meetings require an hour to complete the following:
1. Set up your account 
2. Access your new account to connect 2-3 applications via Administrative credentials
 (i.e. someone from your team will need Admin rights to Salesforce.com etc.)
3. Review the SaaSLicense platform – key functionality & reports
4. Review Role Management & Alerts
5. Review guided installation instructions
6. Review your support options

Typically we can on-board all of your SaaS applications in an
hour of being on a call with you (as long as you have adequate permissions/credentials to your applications).  On-boarding your contracts would take a bit longer depending on how many contracts are being housed within SaaSLicense. The time-to-value can be immediate if you eliminate users from monthly
costs or if you are near a re-negotiation of a contract with
many inactive users.  

Through direct API integration connectors, or connecting via your single sign on (SSO). To help out customers derive the most value out of their SaaS investments SaaSLicese has partnered with industry leading SaaS providers. We are all Azure based and server-less, so it’s all encrypted and is sitting on Azure. Server-less = running on demand.

We have direct API connections to all the major applications in the market. Customers also track custom applications, their associated expenses and contracts via SaaSLicense Custom Upload. 

Real-time Usage and Licenase Optimization reporting gives the entire organization one version of the truth.  Having one version of the truth opens up avenues for department collaboration and an understanding of the total SaaS corporate expense and statistics on usage, utilization, and adoption of these SaaS applications. SaaSLicense has out-of-the-box reports for basic reporting. Additionally,  users can create and develop custom reports and dashboards.

Yes, SaaSLicense integrates with all the major SSO’s, like Okta, OneLogin, and ADFS.

We have many ways to work with support based on your preferences.  Our support team is there for you with live phone supprt, chat, email, and video conferencing.

On-Premise applications can be loaded into SaaSLicense as custom applications to keep track of contract and expense related information and in turn manage notifications around the renewal process. We do not report usage of On-Premise applications. Should an application later become available as a cloud based application, users can convert to include within the SaaSLicense platform to report usage analytics.

License renewal management is an important part of the management of your contracts and subscriptions. SaaSLicense platform provides a visual timeline, a deep analytical view of all SaaS Applications up for renewals as well as an “inform, review and approve” workflow.  

Yes, best practice alerts and notification are pre-built and configurable tied to contract renewals and opt-out clauses. SaaSLIcense gives you the ability to configure alerts and notifications by alert type, recipient(s) and frequency.

Yes. Drive ROI visibility of the most under-utilized applications and make decisions to optimize applications and save costs. SaaSLicense can also integrate with your ITSM to support license management.
